As a very small business, it isn't economically viable for me to offer free returns on an underwear product. Any returned goods would have to be destroyed for hygiene reasons, which is a terrible waste. But I still want to give you a guarantee if you're not satisfied with your purchase. I have unwavering belief in both my product and my business, which is why I want to go the extra mile to guarantee your happiness.

If the product isn't to your satisfaction, please reach out to me so we can find a happy solution. Some of our fabrics are thicker or thinner and suit different body shapes. You also have the opportunity to gift your pair to a friend who might benefit from it, with the peace of mind that your purchase won't go to waste. Instead, it becomes a chance to brighten someone else's day while we explore alternative arrangements that leave you feeling genuinely content.
