Susie's Happiness Promise is a unique approach to customer satisfaction. As a very small business it is not economically viable for me to offer free returns for an underwear product. Any returned goods would have to be destroyed due to the hygienic nature of the product which is a terrible waste. However I still want to provide you with a guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I have unwavering belief in both my product and my business which is why I want to go the extra mile to guarantee your happiness. 

If the product is not to your satisfaction please reach out to me so we can find a happy solution. Some of our fabrics are thicker or thinner and are more suited to different bodies shapes. You then have the opportunity to gift it to a friend who might benefit from it and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your purchase won't go to waste. Instead, it becomes an opportunity to brighten someone else's day and explore alternative arrangements that will leave you feeling genuinely content.
