No need! Skanties are designed to be worn as underwear, so there’s no requirement to wear anything underneath. That said, if you prefer an extra layer, it’s absolutely fine to wear underwear underneath them as well. Skanties are all about comfort and flexibility, so wear them however feels best for you!

Our unique and intelligent engineering design means they will not roll up or down if you have the correct size. We have incorporated structural seams designed to keep them in place on your legs ALL Day!

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
