Any returned goods would have to be destroyed due to the hygienic nature of the product which is a terrible waste. However I still want to provide you with a guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I have unwavering believe in both my product and my business which is why I want to go the extra mile to guarantee your happiness.
If the product is not to your satisfaction please reach out to me so we can find a happy solution. Some of our fabrics are thicker or thinner and are more suited to different bodies shapes. What are your shipping details?
We use Shipbob from their Farmers Branch TX location.
A tracking number will be sent on order fulfilment. Orders placed before 11:30am local time will be sent the same business day otherwise they are fulfilled the next business day.

What is your return policy?
For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is your sizing like? Does it run large or true to size?
